The Bezzera Domus Galatea is a premium commercial home machine designed to reflect traditional Italian retro styling while reflecting the quality of a prestige product. Featuring a 2 litre boiler with strong pressure, it makes short work of stretching micro foam milk.
The Bezzera Mitica espresso machine is the new updated version of the Bezzera Gea. It contrasts with the Domus Galatea in that it has clean lines and a classical styling. With a 2 litre boiler, it has enough steam to froth a 1 litre jug in no time at all.
The Strega combines the modern features found in coffee machines today with the traditional lever system to create an optimal extraction of liquid gold espresso.
Where the traditional lever machine pulled the water for the coffee extraction directly from the boiler, the tank version of the Strega incorporates a pump to fill the lever group through a heat exchanger providing greater temperature stability and pre infusion.
The baby of the Bezzera range, the Bezzera BZ10 coffee machine is a small footprint home machine ideal for places where space is at a premium. The Bezzera BZ07 coffee maker is the same size and dimensions as the Bezzera BZ10 but features a group head which is placed slightly off centre. The BZ07 also comes in a volumetric version where the machine will extract the same amount of coffee every time at the touch of a button. The Bezzera BZ99 has been on the market for close on 20 years. Small refinements have been made to this rock solid machine over the years including a fully flexible steam arm as well as new feet.
