I have had the pleasure of purchasing 2 Bezzera espresso machines. I would not have returned for my second machine if I did not receive fantastic service from them. Bezzera espresso machines are built extremely well, and in my case has resulted in both machines having trouble free operation when serviced regularly. My current machine is a BZ40 and I love it. I am producing coffee at home like a pro and better than most cafes. Thank you Bezzera
